Main responsibilities:

Process:

• Support the implementation and forthcoming of the service delivery in SSC HR service and product portfolio
• Support smooth transition of local markets to SSC HR centralization by training and follow up including new  deployment
• Implement processes and procedures to ensure that effective functional controls are in place to deliver excellent SSC HR services from employee data master perspective
• Recommend, develop and implement changes/improvement  in processes and system integrations to meet and exceed stakeholders needs and improve accuracy and efficiency

Technical:

• Write specification requirements for IT development team
• Establish  and ensure seamless system integrations between global HR ERP module and other systems that are dependent on the employee data

Requierments:

• Bachelor/Master degree in system technology and/or finance
• Project management experience
• Analytical skills
• Very good command of English
• Knowledge in IFS ERP system would be an asset

‘The Frogs’ were originally founded by Warsaw expatriates, but now includes many local semi-professional athletes.

The Warsaw Ladies Frogs team has been formed very recently – only since April 2010. While they are mostly beginners, they are already in love with rugby and play with all their hearts! Their record of success confirms this point!
